Solved! Is it okay to get higher current and wattage charger?

So, my laptop charger is busted last night. I've tried to look for the exact same charger online, and since it was a product of 7 years ago, it is hard to get one. And the only option is to look for new even though isn't of the same spec.

My laptop is Asus K46CM with the charger spec:
Input 100 – 240V 50-60Hz
Output 19V 3.42A 65W

Is it okay for me to get higher Ampere and wattage charger?

The wattage aspect I am not really sure on with a laptop. Amperage being higher will be fine.

On MOST DC appliances they will have a variable range they can work within, however on a laptop I am not certain that applies.

Yes, as long as the voltage is the same and the current is the same or higher you're fine. Wattage is just voltage x current.
