I would like to listen to my TV through my current iPhone wired earphones. Would be nice to listen via headphones my TV, I have problems hearing the TV sometimes and via my iPhones headphones it would not disturb others with the TV noise. Seems like their would be a product for this.

I am afraid there is no app (actually, no way) to make iPhone (or any other similar device) to act as a Bluetooth Receiver.

So, you have two options:
- get a pair of BT transmitter (from TV side) and BT receiver (from headphone side)
- get a BT transmitter, and new BT headphones
- get a wireless headphone (usually, RF, but some of them use IR)
First off, you have to buy a Bluetooth Transmitter attached to TV.

Then somewhere on the back of my mind, somebody said an app for your smartphone that transforms it to a BT receiver, but then you can also buy a pair of BT headphones.

Do you know the name of an app that would work on an iPhone to make it a bluetooth receiver? Seems like a simple request to be able to use your iPhone to listen to audio from your TV? still researching.... Thanks
