is there a button I can hold down to access settings

my phone has a google lock on it. i did factory reset and I don't remember google email address or password. On some of the tutorials I see online how to bypass this they use the 123 key to hold down or the @ to hold down to access settings. Neither work on TouchPal. Is there another way to access settings from touchpal keypad?Thank you
