Is there an easy way to fix these horizontal gray lines on iPad?

Hi, I have these gray lines that cover half the iPad mini 3 and sometimes the intensity of the lines varies. I hope this can be a easy fix. It seems like an LCD problem.

Not sure what you mean by "easy fix", you need to open it up and check things, may need to replace the screen. For a pro that does this all day it may be easy to do.
