Is there any chance for upgrading my laptop cpu?

Is there any chance for upgrading my laptop cpu celeron b800 to i5 2410M? i have upgrade but ma pc dont booting up i dont know why. when i click power button fan and power led is on and my screen is blinking white and black. if there a chance to upgrade this?
my laptop is acer aspire 4352

Chance? Yes there is, both cpu have same socket, they have different name, FCPGA988 vs PPGA988, but they are pin compatible. All that matters is bios support, i cant find exactly this one model with this i5 cpu. But when notebook dies, most of time it is not cpu but its motherboard.
