Is there any EXPERT? toshiba satellite L750-X5317, the power LED is continuously on after shut down

Is there anyone to solve this? i am very tired but no one has the solutions in this forum????


toshiba satellite L750-X5317, the power LED is continuously on after shut down.
1. completely shut down
2.AC power supply removed
3.after shutdown, 3 to 5 secs later the power LED goes ON in RED color
4. The LED is ON EVER.

When unplugged from AC power as well?

Yes, i had unplugged from AC power as well, the power LED remains red and continuously on!!

Are you absolutly certian you did a complete shutdown and not a stand by/sleep mode?

Yes I probably shutdown completely, after finished the shutdown, after 3 to 5 secs the red LED is ON!.. this issue occurs from today.

I had exactly same problem with my L750D with no help by fixing all the power options, bios, etc. This has been over 2 weeks of trying all the forums answers.
Finally tonight i decided that the delay after shutdown before returning may mean the computer was storing a fault. I made sure it was fully shut down then removed the battery for a minute. Problem now gone.
