Is there any way to install Windows directly without BIOS menu?

After turning on my Dell Inspiron 15R 5537, there's nothing! No windows logo, no bios menu, no nothing! Only blank screen after startup, the fans are running, and the hdmi output says no Signal. Is there any way to boot either kali or Ubuntu or any OS under such circumstances?

If there is only one drive with bootable os it should boot up from it, but you probably would need to try if it needs efi boot or csm boot. And by blank screen you mean just black with backlight on or totally nothing. If there is no display and hdmi doesn't work, your cpu, gpu or ram is is probably fried.

Monitor cable connected properly, and to the correct port?

If there is no BIOS then nothing will ever run. The BIOS must run before any OS can ever be booted up.

Hi experts,
My laptop isn't working right. I will tell you the conditions and you have to help me find the way out. It used to run normally, But one day it's said "Disk repairs in progress" on startup, after waiting for almost 14 hours for repairs - no results, and restarting again- no results, I pressed the power button for almost 1 minute. After that, only the blank dark screen appeared on startup. No windows logo, no Bios menu, no nothing! I opened the laptop and cleaned the motherboard and every other port, still no progress. I bought HDMI cable and connected it to desktop screen, and it says "No Signal" I tried using Fn+f4/f5, Windows +P combinations as well but no use. What can be done now?
*note: I regularly used to force shut down my laptop, by long pressing the power button.
