Is this a good laptop for my little brother?

my brother plays only minecraft and roblox. im interested to know if this laptop i found:

would be enough to handle minecraft and roblox?

max ill go for a better one is $400, it doesnt have to be professional just enough to run minecraft in medium settings atleast. (im pretty sure any laptop of $400 would run roblox so thats fine).

It's going to be running off of the Intel HD graphics, which can only achieve decent frame rates with low to medium settings.

Turning it up to high gets bad stuttering, so as long as he's comfortable playing at low to medium settings, you'll be fine.
