Is this backlight bleeding for a new laptop (HP envy 13t d000, worth $900) acceptable: http://imgur.com/a/WV9C2

Since this laptop is new, I can exchange it. But I wanted to ask if this is good. Thanks for any help.

Regards.

Solution
Not at all @rainbowten. Backlight bleed should be RMA'd, always. Manufacturers are greedy. They don't care about the consumer line, they care about their pro line of displays. Bleed is absolutely not exatterated, it's a matter of how much you're willing to take before going insane. Exatteration has absolutely nothing to do with this, at all. I've used most monitors on the market, and I've tested a lot of TV's. I know for a fact that 1/4 1/5 cost TV's, bigger screens, still have less consistency issues than smaller PC displays.

Great. Thanks for letting me know this. I will consider Lenovo for my next laptop.

Oh OK. All right. Thanks for the information.
