I have an old computer that in going to use specifically use to play music off of spotify. Is there a way that it's turned on it goes straight to spotify.. Like you can't use any other windows functions only spotify nothing else?
You add that Chrome shortcut to the 'startup' folder, normally located in the start menu.
Then you can make everyone log on as a guest account. You can assign and remove access where you would like to, by right clicking on the drive/folder/document/application, whatever it may be, click properties, then security tab. You can restrict or add permissions there.
You can put the URL in the startup folder, so it starts up with the computer. Then you can lock down the computer, so only your user has modify access to the file systems on the computer.
