Is this the best laptop for my budget?

I really have a tight budget, my max is $450, so figure after the warranty etc is should come up to 450 bucks. I'm open for other suggestions, but this is the best I could find for my budget. I plan on upgrading to 8 or 16 gigs later, I run lots of vm's but 4 gigs is fine for now, I also have an extra 8 gig kit laying around. thanks for any input.

Also not a gamer so HD from intel is fine

Sure. Note that you need SO-DIMMs and not the DIMMs you probably have, and that you may void warranty by opening the laptop up to install RAM.
