ITouch Alternatives

I have the 1st generation itouch and it's about time that I get rid of it since the battery doesnt hold a charge any longer. I am just confused at whats out there. I don't want to spend 200 or more for a new touch but am not sure about the other brands out there. I was leaning toward the SanDisk I believe its called but am not too familiar with it.

Thoughts?

I mainly am obviously going to use for music and want to make sure it has a touch screen (actually if it does great if not im okay with that too)

If your okay with out a touch screen you have alot of options.

If you still want it to be an ipod go with anything but the shuffle. ( The new nano's have a touch screen though)

If not go with a Sony Walkman. You can simply drag and drop you songs on to it.
