Java virtual machine launcher error

Hello friends i am getting error could not find the main class: com.primavera.database.tools.dbmt.Main. prohram will exit. When i want to run dbsetup.bat file then this error througing to me. Any body which has some idea about this kindly help me. i want to upgrade my primavera P6 8.3 to 8.4. any help is hightly appreciated [email removed]

sound like an issue with primavera. contact primavera maker oracle
