Kaspersky Antivirus On New System

Few days back MY PC motherboard display goes.After troubleshoot found it has major problem it take to much cost for repair. I have decides to change board with new one .But I have Kaspersky Internet Security 2015 licences version installed on PC . I don't get chance to uninstall antivirus.So will it work on new motherboard system.

It'll most likely be locked, you'll have to give an explaination to the people at their help center about the incident, and in all possibility, they'll unlock it.
