kaspersky says insecure wi fi

my spare pc is connected to my bt home hub via a linksey dongle. .... after a Kaspersky update I now get a message on the pc saying I am connected to an unsecure network..... if I click for details I get asked how much extra protection I want to buy???? .... I may be wrong but I don't think it is unsecure because I put in a keycode in the dongle software to lock it to the hub.

What application is giving you this "warning"?

This seems highly suspicious.

I assume you are using an encrypted wi-fi (WPA2) connection using a complex passphrase. Is that correct?

it is the Kaspersky program that gives the warning. I used the keycode on my hub to let the linksey wi fi adapter talk to the hub and lock it.
