Keyboard will not work on my G73J. Have tried the F4 and F3 function keys, still not working.

So your laptop boots up into Windows OK? And the mouse is working normally?
Are there any keys on the keyboard you did not try?
Any of the number pad keys working? Cursor movement keys? Windows key?
