My laptop often get's stuck on the volume down button. Sometimes it goes down even when I only touch the laptop slightly. When it does certain other buttons stop functioning as well. (G, H, backspace, and some others). My guess is it isn't software related since I've reinstalled the drivers multiple times already. Is the internal keyboard simply broken or is it just dirty? (It's hard for me to "check real quick" since this is my work laptop.)
