keyboard language identification

Solution
Hello again,

Solved:
It's very stupid but i did not recognize the board because it is a typical Dutch board. ( and i am Dutch).
All laptops in Holland are sold with a English / US keyboard. And Windows installs the associated lay-out. But this one was the exception!
And when you want the NL / NL Windows lay-out you meet the Microsoft logic to change that.
Within an existing language you have the option to add another lay-out for the same language.
So do not search for your language because it is already present.
Took me some time.....

Hi,

Based from the symbol in the letter E it looks like it's a Euro sign. Do try setting it to either English (Netherlands) or English (Ireland) who uses that sign for their currency.

I already tried those two but they don't fit.
Because of the euro sign i tried a lot European ones without success.
The significant key, i think, is the most left key at the numeric row with the paragraph character.

what is the whole serial number of that laptop? http://support.lenovo.com/ca/en/products/Laptops-and-netbooks/ThinkPad-Edge-laptops/ThinkPad-Edge-E531?

@ffg7 "what is the whole serial number of that laptop?"

When i fill in my serial number via that link it informs
me only about optional external usb keyboard.
