Keyboard Not Working

Hello, i have a sony vaio laptop, and now i'm suffering from a problem that my keyboard doesn't working. So decided to re install windows on my book, For that i had restarted my book and and press F11 to select Windows boot manager ( i don' t know the key is pressed or not). But in boot manager my arrow keys and enter ( i think the whole keys) not working.. So i cant DO NOTHING WITH THIS .. HELP ME URGENTLY..

If the keyboard is faulty, you will need to replace it. If the problem is the cable, you will still need a new keyboard.

If the keyboard controller is faulty, you will need to have the motherboard serviced or replaced.
