That's not our area of expertise, but probably. Silly question: Have you tried it with a proper power supply since then and, if so, did it work or not?

Hi, if you're very lucky, maybe it will work again, but if it does not, it will not be permanently destroyed. It will have to be repaired, you have a component that burned on the motherboard.
