Keyboard shuts itself off

Hi, i currently own a Dell Inspiron 15 7559. I've been recently struggling with its keyboard turning itself off. I've read other forums and it suggests to turn it off or enter some mode on the laptop? BUT HANG ON WAIT THE POWER BUTTON DOESN'T WORK EITHER. so i can't take out the battery because its internal and i refused to get electrocuted. So i have to wait until it dies.. The keyboard/power button starts to work normally after it dies and then i revive it with the almighty power cord.

But im sick of it constantly killing off the keyboard functions, can anyone help me?

so the problem is the keyboard light or keyboard itself stop functioning?
