Keyboard virus and random windows keep opening up

Need help please,

My toshiba laptop keyboard keeps typing the wrong keys. Haven't spilled anything on it. And it also keeps opening my crome browser to its last openned page (which is avast and norton help page) in multiple tabs over and over.

I tried
*Removing and reinstalling keyboards driver
*resetting to factory default, all files wiped out and;
*opening in safe mode
*full scan with malwarebyte, avast, norton and winthrust.

But still no luck.

Any advise will be great.

Please provide some examples of "wrong keys".

Remove/uninstall Chrome and then reinstall and reconfigure.

Run only one AV application.

Look at your Hosts file.

Plug an actual external USB keyboard into it, and see if that works correctly...

Could be a hardware problem get some that can open it up an check for u..... So u are sure
