Still looking for solution to erasing internal memory on camera. Followed instructions given still not working. Bought 3 new cards no success. Ruined vac no pics. Pl help

What is the exact issue? You need to erase the internal memory in the camera? Or do you need to recover vacation photos? What error are you getting? Do the new memory cards not work?
