lag on all tv's????

Hey guys not able to a straight answer on this. Plz help. So my problem being my tv's seem to be laggy? This I think started happening after brown out/ bad lighting storm. My tv's menu laggy, dish tv menus lags and games have weird picture due what seems like a change in frame rate or refresh rate?

Look in your tv's menu for a master reset function or restore factory setting or somehting like that and see if that helps.

I factory reseted multiple times. Also more info I get a glowing halo around lettering. Not extremly noticeable but very annoying. Also on sd quality stuff there is outline on the characters . Also brand new xbox one seems very pixelated. As to the point where if u look close u can see the different pixels kinda grainy and just looks like it's trying upscale and failing. This is on every thing dish tv, xbox and reg tv menus. Plz help

Disable automotion plus and turn sharpness down to 0.

I've tried this. But I'm having a break threw. I was suspicious of my electric cause I have lots of brown outs. Well I'm only getting 95 volts at all outlets??? Well 105 is the max. Could this effect it badly over time. Cause my tv's are progressively getting worst.
