Having problems with the audio on my laptop

msi gt80 titan, windows 10

audio playback has way too much echo and reverb, everything sounds like its being played in a cave. games, youtube, web browsers, movies, everything. I guess theres no realtek hd audio manager for windows 10? i tried to find the suite and change some environment settings or something but its nowhere to be found. ive uninstalled and reinstalled all drivers, i also changed the realtek driver with "browse drivers" and just installed the basic hd audio driver, and it got rid of the echo but its mono coming out of one speaker, no sub, sounds like crap. if anyone has any idea what my problem is or how i could fix it id be greatly appreciative. thanks.
