Laptop CPU and GPU upgrades?

Are any mobile graphics cards swappable with the intel HD 4000? And also are there any better cpus i can swap with an i3 3110m? And if so could you list them or tell me everything I need to know and link me to everything that helps please <3

99% no. Most laptop CPUs are attached with BGA (ball grid array) sockets. This means the CPU is soldered on and can't be removed without a heat gun, and can't be replaced without a high precision robot.
