I just purchased a Gigabyte P55 series Laptop equipped with
Processor : i7-7700HQ
Video Card : GTX 1060 6GB

Solution
Laptops generally run hotter due to their size and cooling configurations.

The max temp for some CPUs and GPUs is in the high-90s.

Your temps are decent (not great), but probably can be aided by putting the laptop in a more ventilated area or using a cooling pad.

Something must have messed up whenever I formatted the post. My temps are running between 65 IDLE to around 80 or more while gaming. Not sure if those Temps are High or what is for a Laptop.

80 is not bad for gaming but if it goes to 90 or above then its a problem. 65 is high for idle though. Are you running the laptop in performance mode when you do this?

I have the same specs in my laptop and I my cpu gets 98C° max temp. in some games. I researched the common max temp. for the cpu and its 100C°
