Actually, a couple of months back, my palm rest cover was broken near the hinge area. After that I managed using laptop by just giving some mechanical support behind the laptop lid, usually wall.
Unfortunately, last night, after my shutting down, this LVDS cable got damaged during the close of lid. Now the display is not turning ON but all functions are good(I'm able to hear Windows log on Sound). After dismantling, found that this LVDS cable have some discontinuity, thus reworked on the same but all ended in vein.
Thus I decided to buy a new one from ebay. Please suggest the right one for me. My laptop details are as follows:
Company : Toshiba
Series : Satellite
Model No : C850
Screen : 15.6"
