Laptop decision help

I can't choose to buy one of these laptops. I don't want to spend a crazy amount but nor do i want to buy one that will get too hot for me .

my needs are good cooling, able to handle streaming and editing, games at 60 fps or more.

The Asus is better for games because the GTX 1060 is basically equal to a GTX 980m. So it's more powerful than the GTX 960m.

Not sure how well it can stay cool, but the general recommendation for a gaming laptop is to always use a cooling pad.
