Laptop fan does not work if Power supply is off!
I am using Samsung series 7 np700z3c and i have the following issue: my Laptop 's fan stop to rotate if i unplug my Power supply but Windows 7 proceed working normally from battery . If i Plug it in again, it starts rotation. Anyone clue? I am afraid it can overheat if i use it without Power. Thanks vor help

Likely the CPU is throttled down and fan turned off to save power when it is not plugged in. If it worries you you can use hardware monitor to check CPU temps.

I am Not sure About that. It should work, because it always worked. I turned off energy safety mode.

I guess it's possible the fan's bearings are worn/clogged and it only gets enough power to spin up when plugged in. If you haven't taken it apart to clean it within the last year it's worth a shot.

Did you check what power mode you are in? If you right click on the battery in the taskbar you get to the power options. If you have it set to save power rather then performance it will do things to conserve power like your screen brightness will be decreased. Plus one of the things is it will generate less power and less heat will be generated.
