Laptop fan is so noisy that I can't record anything.

My laptop's fan is very noisy. (I guess it's fan) I gave it for a servicing. They cleaned it but it's again the same. Even when the fan isn't spinning too fast, it makes a very bad noise. It's not only in the case of high CPU usage. It's the same most of the time. And when I record something from my microphone, it picks up the noise so loudly. So, it's something I'm not able to get rid of.

Right click your volume icon and select recording devices. There may be a communication tab. Click on that and set the voice levels from there

It could be that the fan is not place in its case properly. The other reason is lots of dust build up in the laptop which is causing the fans to rev up.
