Laptop for 3D modelling

I want to buy this laptop for 3D animation and movie editing. Is it worth buying. Please help me, my budget is about $1000 to $1300.

If you are fine with the 1080p display, and lack of USB Type-C ports then it does has a pretty fast 6 core , 12 threads CPU (movie editing) and plenty GPU power to help with 3D animation and other professional tasks.
