Laptop for Gaming/College

I am heading to college soon and I need a laptop. My requirements:

Screen: Not too small. 15" maybe.

Battery Life: 3-5 hours. I don't know, I won't have problems with it.

RAM: 8GB. No more, no less.

Storage: Maybe the casual 1 TB? I need 1 TB of Memory Capacity, don't come at me with weird Acronyms like HDD and SSD.

Gaming: Yes. 30+ FPS on newer titles like Nier, Dark Souls... and 50/60 on older titles like Star Wars: The Old Republic.

Budget: I can go as high as 700€.

Region: Portugal. Prefferably Oporto city.

DVD thing: DVD ROM please.

Currency: Euro only

Preffered sites: None

I'm studying Game Developing in college... remember that.

If I must, I can order shipping to here. I wolud prefer not, though.

Good question. I'm looking for a PC that can run newer titles (Nier Automata, Dark Souls...) at 30+ FPS. If possible, also that can run Star Wars: The Old Republic on 30 to 60 FPS on lowest settings.

I don't know... I'll see. Just give me an offer.

4: What kind of PC?

Laptop, of course.

5: What Country sholud it be delivered to?

Oporto (city), Portugal (country).

6: What currency do you accept?

Yes but that one from Dell dosen't give me enough Information. I need to know if:

1: It can be delevered to Oporto, Portugal.
2: Is it a 64-bit operating system.
