Laptop for programming and multitasking needs under 600$

I am from India so recommend me a laptop that is available in India.
Laptop will be used mostly for programming and some games(on low-med. settings will do)occasionally .
Main programs will be Matlab & simulink , powerworld , eclipse. I am also looking to do some game designing(for 2d and android) and web development as well. Os not important.
looking for core i5 , dedicated gpu and if possible 8 gb ram.

I am sorry . this question is about laptop only. the other one you mentioned is about my pc separately .
I never meant to spam in anyway. And i need to buy a laptop so i asked in a different thread. I asked someone and he said to go for 1050 2gb but for cpu and mobo he gave a link that didn't work. So i had to create another thread.

Integrated such as HD 530/630 should work fine but I would think a dedicated GPU would be better for the animations in game design.
