laptop keeps restarting

my aftershock sm15 keeps restarting. sometimes with the your pc ran into a proble......if you'd like to know......error:driver_power_state failure and sometimes it just gives me a blue screen with (e filled on the screen. May i know hwat is the problem?i am running windows 10 btw. this are my specs

it is not just when i am running games. sometimes when i am watch videos. this happens too
i also have an 120gb samsung 850 m.2 ssd that has my windows 10 on it

if it a new laptop and you just got it it may be lose ram or video card from shipping. take the battery out and the ac power and flip the unit over and with a small screw driver open the ram bay and see if the ram is locked in. if it locks locked in reseat it. from another pc make a bootable memtest86 usb stick and boot the laptop from it and run it see if the laptop ram has any errors or the unit shuts down.

try running this see if the laptop passes. if anything fails return the unit if you can for a new unit or repair.

it is a new laptop. However. I am afraid that opening that part would void its warranty. i only just bought it 4 days ago. It began restarting on the first day itself.

time to box it up and return it...it happens with units when there shipped from china. they expect a set number of them to be doa units.
