I punched my laptop keyboard ..now it doesn't boot...what should I do?

Depends on why it made you mad, perhaps you should finish it off with a baseball bat to the screen. (Just kidding)

What brand and model? If you didn't damage too much under the KB, they can usually be replaced. I just put a backlighted KB on my Dell that cost $26 off EBay, although it does take some fine detail work and you want to be in a very good mood when you do it.
