Laptop Overheats after changing fan

Hello !
Recently I have changed my laptop's fan because it was dead. New fan is running great.
I used to do some light gaming on that laptop. Now when I play games like NFS Carbon or League of Legends the temps of gpu raises to 109 C instantly and the cpu 65 C and fan starts to run at full speed. After 5 min of playing the game the laptop shutsdown due to overheating.
My laptop model is hp pavilion dv6 3020ee
It has 3GB of ram :
1 GB hynix 1067mhz
2 GB Samsung 1067mhz
a dedicated video card : Ati mobility radeon HD 5470
a Core i3 m350 processor
Is this problem related to the new fan ?
I'v gone to several geeks and they told me that the fan is ok and everything is fine.

Sounds like you re-used the old thermal paste, forgot thermal paste, poor quality thermal paste, or did not apply thermal paste properly.
