Laptop Power Button Not Working after HDD swap to SSD

I bought a Samsung 850 Pro to put into my laptop for school.

I removed the screws and got the top plastic cover off.
When I pulled the cover up, the power switch cable came out. (All other cables were fine.)
I put in the SSD, replaced the cable that came loose,

and now my laptop will not turn on at all 🙁 no lights, sound anything happening when I press the power button 🙁

Hi, you have to verify the connection for the power cable. What laptop are you talking about? It will be helpful to know the make and model.

I know I ran into a problem once when I didn't properly reseat my Predator Laptop properly. I just snapped the upgrade panel down where I missed a spot and it fixed the problem. For some reason it knew I had a little tiny part which wasn't fully closed on the bottom panel. Just a thought. Good luck!
