Laptop RAM Upgrade Compatibility

Hi there,
I am currently using this laptop - http/az-europe.eu/en/acer-aspire-v15-nitro-vn7-571g-59zq-i5-5200u-2-70ghz-8-gigabytes-1tb-8gb-sshd-15-6-hd-dvdrw-matte-p944230/e

except mine seems only to have 6gb ram, would it be compatible to upgrade my ram to either of these 16gb packages? And would you guys recommend one over the other?

I was just looking at the same 2 Rams and/or similar from this post:
Best Ram for Laptops

I have a SATELLITE L750 (Intel_Mobile/PSK2YE-0K401MDU- SKU: PSK2YE-0K401MDU) Any idea if I can upgrade my Ram to the 2 mentioned above or something similar?
Also how do you find what chipsets you can support?

says "1 slot available. Total memory expandable to 8GB" so get a 1x8gb stick of 1333
