Hi guys, here to hopefully find some recommendations for a laptop / netbook.

MAIN THINGS;
To watch films on, and other online media (so a nice resolution)
To word process (guess I could do this on anything, but a nice feeling, durable keyboard is a must).
Small, portable light. Both comfortable for typing and handling
Will need to use the 'net often, and browsing with multiple tabs.
Nice aesthetic. Im guessing anything under the £300 mark that looks flashy will be lacking elsewhere. But being quite a tactile person who enjoys nice looking / feeling equipment, this is quite important to me.

2dary things:
HDMI port, for plugging into large HD televisions around friends

Most of the time,I won't be needing to use it on the go for longer than 2 hours, so guess a lengthy battery life is not priority.
Will not be running power hungry applications often, and never two at a time. Will be needing to use mulitple browsers and surf the net quickly)

A chromebook is looking promising at the moment.

Max budget s £400

Please can anyone recommend some devices, it will help me make a choice!
Thanks guys :)

Solution
chromebooks seem to be the best option for you as you don't need much processing power. As for the models im not sure but you could check on the notebookcheck website for the best ones
