laptop shot off immidiatly after some seconds

I have a Toshiba laptop that has just recently developed a fault, I try to power it onbut it won't come up at all I got some info on http/www.miratouch.blogspot.com that help power on but shut off immidiately after some seconds, sometime it reaches logon screen before shut off again, I have tried removing memory, battery!, but still shutting off,,,,pls any more suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks.

It's an hardware problem, I'av resolve the issue" the problem is the power ic, I took my laptop to and Engr & he heat it then it start working, but d final solution will be to replace it later" thanks.
