Laptop suddenely low fps

my specs are geoforce gtx 860m intel core I7-4720HQ CPU 2.60GHz
current resolution 1920 x 1080,59hz driver version 372.70
so i had some problems with my pc so i needed to factory reset so i did but after i did i tried playing bf4 again then i got 20-30 fps on low setting when before i could play the game on 60 on medium/high and this not only bf4 this is happening on all the games im starting csgo dropped from 200 to 40-80 and i dont know whats the problem to fix it so i hope i can get some answers here

It could be that it needs to reinstall all the windows updates. This can slow down your machine. Make sure that the nividia driver has been cleaned installed just to make sure that no problems occur.
