Laptop Turns On, Then Shuts Down

Before this happened, I dissembled my HP Pavilion Sleekbook 14 to add an extra 4 GB of RAM into it. After I reassembled my laptop, I turned it on and had the WiFi LED to red and Caps Locks LED flashing, so I reset the BIOS and replaced the 2032 battery. Now when I turn the laptop on, it shows no display and it shuts off and on again constantly. Help!

Yes, even without the extra RAM, the same problem occurs when I power it on.

can u get into bios ? or it shutdowns randomly ? it could be NEC Tokin capacitor
