Laptop webcam problem

Hello,
hi guys,
i have a asus laptop which i brought 9 months ago,
recently i reinstalled the windows.after that my laptop cam is giving some white negetive kind of image, i have checked drivers and everythng seems to be ok.i am not understanding what is the problem. pls need help..

I would try uninstalling the webcam and then reinstall it. If you didn't take anything apart there isn't much to try except drivers or it's coincidence that the webcam just went defective when you reinstalled the OS.
