Ok so the samsung laptop was running really slow so i tried to restore it but was unable to boot afterwards to windows have tried fixing bootrec, clean installing windows 7 and windows 8, formating the hdd, set the bios to csm and have used boot repair disk but nothing has made me able to boot to windows

Have tried to refresh but it says windows encountered a problem like at 64% but was able to install a windows from scratch but it says it need to restart to finish and once it restart it hangs on windows boot manager

The pc goes to boot manager and i select to boot from hdd and it resets (happens no matter what i choose) but nothing happens and i have 3 windows boot managers
here is my boot order

1. Sata hdd: st1000lm024 HN-M101MBB
2. windows boot manager
3. windows boot manager
4. windows boot manager
5. Usb Cd:
6. Usb Fdd:
7. Sata cd: TSSTcorp CDDVDW SU-B08AB
8. Usb hdd: PnY usb 2.0 FD----------Using to install windows 8
9. Network

and bios is
Phoenix SecureCore Tiano Setup

Any help will be greatly appreciated
