No idea why it's using the onboard card for games, Nvidia options are set to use the dedicated card exclusively. This randomly started happening yesterday, I noticed a huge drop in FPS in games.

Tried disabling the onboard card, just went blankscreen and I had to boot in safe mode to enable it again.
Tried updating all drivers/reinstalled a game/etc. No avail.
There are no BIOS options for my videocard because laptop BIOS are worthless.
Device manager and the Nvidia manager say there's nothing wrong with my dedicated card, but dxdiag only recognizes the onboard card.
MSI Afterburner shows no activity in the dedicated card during games/ever.

Laptop specs
Core i7-3610M
GTX 670M (3GB)
12GB DDR3

I'm at my wit's end here, I've never had this problem in 15 years of gaming.
