Laptop with long battery life to watch movies

Hello, can you suggest me a laptop with 13.3 - 14 inch IPS screen, 4-8GB of ram and most important is battery that can hand 6 hours and more!

My budget is 300-700$

Thinkpad 13 might be a good option, 9 hours of continuous web surfing over Wi-Fi and 1920x1080 IPS screen, it has i3 skylate and both 4ram and ssd is upgradable. which is around 700$
Asus VivoBook E403SA is also a good option, with the same screen and battery life, if you mainly just surf the web and watch movies Intel Pentium should be more than enough, and eMMC drive which is much slower than ssd but should not matter much . Price for this is around 400$
