Solved! laptop won't boot

hello I'm just wandering what I can do here my notebook asus x200ca when I turn it on it says self diagnosing self repairing I tryed to factory reset but it gets to lol e 38 percent and restarts I tried everything if I let it self repair it just restarts in a loop and comes up with some error message which disappears within like 2 seconds can't read it anyone can sugest anything ?

ahh I see would I not be able to download it onto a USB on my desktop?

No you don't. You can download it, from Microsoft, and use the media creation tool, to setup a USB drive to install it.
