I have purchased the above laptop and i have turned it on for the first time and it is failing to get past the point where it says the following SET UP IS STARTING SERVICES.
At this point a message pops up saying the following.
THE COMPUTER RESTARTED UNEXPECTADLEY OR ENCOUNTERED AND UNEXPECTED ERROR,, WINDOWS INSTALLATION CANNOT PROCEED. TO INSTALL WINDOWS CLICK OK ,TO RESTART THE COMPUTER,,,AND THEN RESTART THE INSTALLATION.
I have clicked ok as it says too but every time it gets to the same point as above and the message pops up again and it stops at the same point.
ANY ADVICE WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED.
