Is SONY not a LCD Panel Manufacturer as well ?? What about Thoshiba too ??

The world of LCD manufacturing is a confusing one. Both Sony and Toshiba manufacture some of their panels but most are made elsewhere.

For Sony, Samsung and Sharp make most of them.
For Toshiba, Matsushita (Panasonic) and Hitachi are heavily involved.
